Air Compressor Motor Bearings

Standard grease fittings are provided at each end shield to permit the re-lubrication of the bearings. The lubrication interval,
quantity of grease, and lubrication specification are all stamped on the motor nameplate.
Note: Excessive lubrication, i.e. a quantity of grease greater than that recommended on the motor nameplate, can result in
the increase of bearing temperatures leading to reduced bearing life operating hours.
Bottle Rack – Gas Bottle change
A Bottle Rack may be installed as a front or rear mounted module. The securing straps are divided into separate sets for gas
bottle-pairs. Ensure that all securing straps are tight and that all of the gas bottles are secured. Change gas bottles on level
ground only. When changing gas bottles, only loosen the set of straps used to secure the bottle-pairs that are being changed.
Leave the remaining straps tight to keep the other bottles secure.
