Every 10 Hours Of Operation

Grease Buzz Wheel

DANGER
NEVER ENTER BIN UNLESS ALL POWER IS LOCKED
OUT AND ANOTHER PERSON IS PRESENT.
Exposed auger and moving parts can cause severe in-
jury or death. Rotating augers are dangerous! Flowing
grain may trap and suffocate.
FAILURE TO HEED THIS WARNING MAY CAUSE SERI-
OUS INJURY OR DEATH.

ROTATING AUGER HAZARD KEEP AWAY
To prevent serious injury or death from rotating
augers:
1. Do not enter bin unless power is locked out.
2. Turn machine OFF, shut down and lock out power
source, unplug power cord and wait for all moving parts
to stop before inspecting, servicing or repairing machine.
3. Keep body, hair, and clothing away from moving parts.
4. Stay away from rotating augers. Keep others away.
FAILURE TO HEED THIS WARNING MAY CAUSE
SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
Your equipment can operate at top efficiency, but only if it is
properly maintained at a regular interval.
Use an SAE multipurpose high temperature grease with ex-
treme pressure (EP) performance. Also acceptable, SAE
multipurpose lithium based grease.
Pump until the grease becomes visible.
5 - MAINTENANCE
1. Grease 1 point as indicated by the following symbol

2. Inspect gears for proper amount of grease.
