First 1 Hour Of Operation

Visually Inspect The Equipment

DANGER
NEVER ENTER BIN UNLESS ALL POWER IS LOCKED
OUT AND ANOTHER PERSON IS PRESENT.
Exposed auger and moving parts can cause severe in-
jury or death. Rotating augers are dangerous! Flowing
grain may trap and suffocate.
FAILURE TO HEED THIS WARNING MAY CAUSE SERI-
OUS INJURY OR DEATH.

ROTATING AUGER HAZARD KEEP AWAY
To prevent serious injury or death from rotating
augers:
1. Do not enter bin unless power is locked out.
2. Turn machine OFF, shut down and lock out power
source, unplug power cord and wait for all moving parts
to stop before inspecting, servicing or repairing machine.
3. Keep body, hair, and clothing away from moving parts.
4. Stay away from rotating augers. Keep others away.
FAILURE TO HEED THIS WARNING MAY CAUSE
SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
5 - MAINTENANCE
Check the following during a visual inspection:
1. Ensure all guards are in place and in good working order.
2. Examine the U-Trough bin unloading tube for damage or
unusual wear
3. Check tightness of bolts/nuts, fasteners, and hardware
(re-torque if necessary).
4. Be sure all safety decals are in place and are legible.
5. Check that the discharge outlet area are free of obstruc-
tions.
6. Inspect all moving or rotating parts to see if anything
has become entangled in them. Remove any entangled
material.
