Check The Gearbox Oil Levels

Lower Gearbox
1. Ensure the grain bin is completely empty of all product.
2. Remove the Power Sweep by following the instructions
in reverse assembly order on the following pages...
(Steps 24, thru. 29).

3. Remove the (Qty. 4) "5/16"-18 x 7/8 Bolts" 1 , and the
"U-Trough Gearbox Cover" 2 .

4. Re-install the (Qty. 4) "5/16"-18 x 7/8 Bolts" 1 back
onto the "Lower Gearbox Cover" 3 .

IMPORTANT
Failure to re-install the lower gearbox cover bolts could
cause the cover to come off the gearbox and spill oil, and
loss of internal gearbox components.
5. Remove the "1/8" X 2 Hairpin" 4 & "3/8" Flat Washer"
5 from the "Gearbox Shifter Rod" 6 .
