Power Sweep Engagement Lever

The lever to engage or disengage the gearbox that drives
the Power Sweep is located on the u-trough tube outside the
grain bin.
(See Fig. # 4-7)

following the instructions below.
1. STOP the motor.
2. Lift up the "Power Sweep Locking Lever".
3. To engage the "Power Sweep" push the "Power Sweep
Engagement Lever" in towards the bin.
4. Turn the pulley by hand (The motor mu
st be stopped) and listen for the gearbox to "CLICK"
into gear.
5. To Disengage the "Power Sweep" pull the "Power Sweep
Engagement Lever" out towards the discharge spout.
6. Engage "Power Sweep Locking Lever".

1. STOP the motor.
2. Lift up the "Power Sweep Locking Lever".
3. To engage the "Power Sweep" push the
"Power Sweep Engagement Lever" in
towards the bin.
4. Turn the pulley by hand (The motor must
be stopped) and listen for the gearbox to
"CLICK" into gear.
5. To Disengage the "Power Sweep" pull the
"Power Sweep Engagement Lever" out
towards the discharge spout.
6. Engage "Power Sweep Locking Lever".

Motor Mount Belt Tension Lever

The "Motor Mount Belt Tension Lever" raises or lowers
the "Motor Mount Base" which increases or decreases the
drive belt tension. The "Motor Mount Belt Tension Lever"
is located on the right side of either the horizontal or inclined
powerhead.

1. To increase the drive belt tension, adjust the Motor Mount
Belt Tension Lever upwards.
2. To decrease the drive belt tension, adjust the Motor Mount
Belt Tension Lever downwards.
