Unload Grain From the Intermediate Sumps

1. When grain flow from the "Center Hopper Sump" stops
flowing from the discharge outlet, open the "Intermediate
Hopper Gates(s)" halfway.
2. Monitor grain flow for consistency before opening inter-
mediate sump(s) any further.
3. After grain has stopped flowing into "Intermediate Hop-
per Sump(s)", shut down and lock out all power to the bin
unload system. Close all "Intermediate Hopper Gates".
You are now ready to proceed with unloading grain with the
Power Sweep.

Unload Grain with the Power Sweep

To prevent damage, do not operate the Power Sweep until
it is fully exposed.
1. STOP the motor.
2. Lift up the "Power Sweep Locking Lever".

3. To engage the "Power Sweep" push the "Power Sweep
Engagement Lever" in towards the bin.

ROTATING PART HAZARD KEEP AWAY
To prevent serious injury or death from rotating
augers:
1. Turn machine OFF, shut down and lock out power
source, unplug power cord and wait for all moving parts
to stop before inspecting, servicing or repairing machine.
2. Keep body, hair, and clothing away from moving auger
flighting and moving parts.
3. Do not operate with any guards removed or modified.
Keep guards in good working order. Failure to comply
could result in death or serious injury.
FAILURE TO HEED THIS WARNING MAY CAUSE
SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
4. Turn the pulley by hand (The motor must be stopped) and
listen for the gearbox to "CLICK" into gear.
5. To Disengage the "Power Sweep" pull the "Power Sweep
Engagement Lever" out towards the discharge spout.

6. Engage "Power Sweep Locking Lever".
7. When grain flow stops and the bin is clean, disengage the
Power Sweep stop for the Power Sweep to complete a
second pass. Park the Power Sweep so it lines up next to
the intermediate sumps.
