Select Hardcopy Format with the up and down
arrow buttons.
Select the format with the left and right arrow
buttons.
Operation.
Do the following to select hardcopy output port.

Select Hardcopy Port with the up and down
arrow buttons.
Select the port with the left and right arrow
buttons.
Clear Message Area . The Clear Message Area function clears the message
displayed in the message area.
