Displays and Soft Keys (Continued)
Soft Keys
Soft keys are the keys located on the left side and the bottom of
the main display. They serve a variety of functions, as
LCD
indicated by the text in the display at the time.
A soft key is active if there is a tick mark ( ) next to the key. If
there is no tick mark next to the key, then it is not active and
cannot be selected. Pressing an inactive key results in an
invalid keypress tone.
Entering Programming Values
To enter or change a programming value, select the applicable
parameter by pressing the corresponding soft key. Selecting a
parameter highlights the field or existing value.
To enter a value, use the numeric keys. If the highlight is
flashing, the entry is incomplete. When the entry is complete,
press the key.
