• Requirements for immunity EN 61000-6-2
Use in mixed areas
Under certain circumstances, you can use the ET 200AL IO-Link I/O modules in a mixed area.
A mixed area is used for residential purposes and for commercial operations that do not
significantly impact the residential purpose.
If you want to use the ET 200AL IO-Link I/O modules in a mixed area, you must ensure that its
radio frequency interference emissions comply with the limits of EN 61000-6-3. Suitable
measures for observing these limits for use in a mixed area are, for example:
• Use of filters in supply cables
An additional individual acceptance test is also required.
