You can print out recorded still pictures wirelessly from a PictBridge (wireless
LAN-compatible) * printer.

Compliant with the DPS over IP standards.
Contact the printer manufacturers for details on PictBridge (wireless LAN-compatible) printers.
[Setup] → [Wi-Fi] → [Wi-Fi Function] → [New Connection]
→ [Send Images Stored in the Camera] → [Printer]

a take a photo with the dial set at P, push shutter and screen says "recording in Post focus" what does that mean? All I want is a single frame, not a movie.

On the Panasonic Lumix DC-ZS200, "recording in Post Focus" means the camera captures multiple images at different focus points when the shutter is pressed. You can then select and save the desired focus point later during playback. This feature is available when the mode dial is set to P (Program) and [Post Focus] is selected in the drive mode.
