Taking pictures with flash

Recording mode:
Open/Close the built-in flash
To open the flash
Slide the flash open lever.

a take a photo with the dial set at P, push shutter and screen says "recording in Post focus" what does that mean? All I want is a single frame, not a movie.

On the Panasonic Lumix DC-ZS200, "recording in Post Focus" means the camera captures multiple images at different focus points when the shutter is pressed.
