1-50 Card slot number to be used as the primary DDCH/DCHI.
Card slots 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 are only applicable for
D-channel configuration of ISL or VNS.

Release ID of the switch at the far-end of the D-channel.

during initial set-up.)
