A set of four DIP switches (S2) selects which Ring lines are connected to the

In case of an on-board NTBK51AA D-channel daughterboard, a set of four
switches (S3) provide the daughterboard address. Refer to Table 50 on
169.
Note: Switch 8 of S3 (S3-8) does not require a switch setting to select
between the on-board NTBK51AA D-channel daughterboard and an
external DCHI/MSDL. The NT5D97 detects when the on-board
NTBK51AA D-channel daughterboard is used.
