Fault Description
The shear beam is reporting an internal
issue with the strain gauge 1 sensor.
If the platform is not overloaded the
machine will be placed in to creep.
If DTC 8238 is also active the machine will
assume the platform is overloaded.
This fault, once annunciated is latched
within a given key cycle.
The shear beam is reporting an internal
issue with the strain gauge 2 sensor.
If the platform is not overloaded the
machine will be placed in to creep.
If DTC 8237 is also active the machine will
assume the platform is overloaded.
This fault, once annunciated is latched
within a given key cycle.
The load sensing system is configured but
has not been calibrated.
The machine will assume the platform is
overloaded.
All functions at creep, the Load Sensing Sys-
tem indicates the Platform is overloaded
AND is configured to warn only while the
Platform is overloaded.
Driving and boom functions are not possi-
ble while the Load Sensing System indi-
cates the Platform is overloaded AND is
configured to prevent drive and boom func-
tions while the Plat- form is overloaded.
Lift up and telescope out are not possible
while the Load Sensing System indicates
the Platform is overloaded AND is config-
ured to prevent Lift up and telescope out
while the Platform is overloaded.
Platform Leveling forced on with Access
Level 0 selection.
Platform Leveling forced off with Access
Level 0 selection.
The Platform Level Up Valve Crackpoint has
not been calibrated.
Check
Possible sensor hardware issue.
Possible sensor hardware issue.
Calibrate the load sensing system.
- Electronic leveling system equipped vehicles only.
