Check urea level => if empty, then fill in urea

If there is urea in the tank, then move the floater
of the level sensor. The floater must
be free. If you lift the sensor body, then
SCRUTnk_rVol_mp must change.
Exchange DEF level sensor, if no change of value
or it's implausible.
