Define the Second Side for Crosswise Aspiration

This option is available only for flat-bottom microplates with crosswise aspiration enabled.
This option defines the position of the microplate for the second step of a crosswise
aspiration. Molecular Devices recommends that you place the aspiration needle close to the
edge that is opposite from the first aspiration position.

You can define the second side for crosswise aspiration by editing the offset value, or by
using the "teach-in" method.

Press this button to end the process and return to Define Plate without saving any

Press this button to move the microplate to the currently saved second side position
and switch to "teach-in" mode. See

Press this button to increase the offset value by 0.1 mm to a maximum of 5.0 mm.
Press this button to decrease the offset value by 0.1 mm to a minimum of –5.0 mm.
Press this button to accept the displayed offset value and then define the aspiration
