(14) Caution for modification of ROPS/FOPS

This protective structure complies with the standard provided
that it is properly equipped on the machine which mass is less
than the specified maximum mass.
• If some modification is applied to the ROPS or FOPS, it
may effect the strength and may not comply with the stand-
ard. Consult Komatsu Distributor before altering.
• ROPS or FOPS may provide less protection if it has been structurally damaged or involved roll-over. Con-
sult Komatsu Distributor in that case.
• Always wear seat belt when moving.
