FRAME LOCK BAR
When performing maintenance or transporting the machine, always set the frame lock bar to LOCK
position.
When driving the machine, always set the frame lock bar to FREE position.
If the frame lock bar is not in FREE position, the steering becomes inoperative and this may lead to
serious personal injury or death.
The frame lock bar is a locking device to prevent the front
frame and rear frame from articulating during maintenance and
transportation.
(L) LOCK position
It is used for maintenance and transportation
The front frame and the rear frame are locked so that the ma-
chine body is not articulated.
(F) FREE position
It is used for normal operation.
The machine body is articulated.
