OPERATION
1.
Release the accelerator pedal, lower the engine speed,
and depress the brake pedal to stop the machine.
2.
Change the gear speed from REVERSE 2nd to FOR-
WARD 2nd by the travel direction switching operation.
3.
Drive the machine forward with steering operation so that it
comes at right angles against the dump truck.
REMARK
Perform the following operation in order; releasing the ac-
celerator pedal, switching the travel direction between for-
ward and reverse, depressing the accelerator pedal for
moving forward, and steering operation for approaching. If
the above operations are performed simultaneously, the
engine acceleration deteriorates and the fuel consumption
increases.
4.
Raise the bucket to the height at where the bucket edge does not interfere with the bottom of dump body or
loaded material when bucket is tilted down.
LOAD ON DUMP TRUCK
NOTICE
Do not load materials to a dump truck abruptly from a high position. Such loading gives impacts to
the dump truck and can damage its body.
Do not perform the bucket dump operation or the stopping operation of the machine while the en-
gine is running at a high speed. If the bucket dump operation or the stopping operation of the ma-
chine is performed while the engine is running at a high speed, an impact pressure is applied to the
hydraulic component, and it may be damaged.
Do not swing the bucket hard to remove muck in the bucket. If the bucket is swung hard, the ma-
chine will rock hard causing damage to it. Also, an impact pressure is applied to the hydraulic com-
ponent, and it may be damaged.
Do not compress hard the materials loaded onto the dump truck by using the bucket. Such practice
gives impact to both this machine and the partner dump truck and can damage them. When holding
the loaded materials by using the bucket to prevent spillage of the load, do it gently.
When loading large rocks, load earth and sand first to use it as cushioning material. Loading large
rocks without using cushioning materials can cause deformation of and damage to the dump body.
1.
Loading onto the dump truck must be done slowly from a
low position enough to avoid interference with the dump
truck and target materials.
