Operate the work equipment control lever to align the right
and left pin holes of the bucket with those of the boom.
4.
Select the number of shims so that clearance (a) between
bucket hinge boss (4) and boom boss (1) is 1.5 mm or less
on each side.
5.
Install the selected shims, align the pin holes, and insert
bucket hinge pin (5).
When inserting the bucket hinge pin, apply grease to the
dust seal to protect it from damage.
Use a pin with a greasing hole for the bucket hinge pin.
6.
Install mounting bolts (6).
7.
Apply grease to the groove for cord ring (2).
8.
Lower cord ring (2) to the groove.
NOTICE
Apply grease to the groove for the cord ring in ad-
vance.
If the cord ring is installed to the dry groove, an exter-
nal force is easily applied to the cord ring when bucket
is moved, and this leads to the damage of the cord
ring.
9.
Install the bucket link pin according to the same proce-
dures in steps 1 to 8.
Use a pin without a greasing hole at the joint with the bucket link.
