If any dust is attached to vacuator valve (7) installed to
cover (3), remove it.

Check that the lip of vacuator valve (7) has no crack.
If there is any crack, replace it with a new one.

Remove inner element (5), and then quickly install the new
inner element.
Install the inner element securely so that it does not move.
10. Push new outer element (4) in straight with your hand into
the air cleaner body.
Hold the outer element (4), and rock the outer element (4)
lightly up and down and to the right and left while pushing it in, and you can insert it easily.
11. Install cover (3) according to the following procedure.
1)
Replace O-ring (8) with a new one.
2)
Align cover (3) with the element.
Insert cover (3) with vacuator valve (7) right at the bot-
tom into air cleaner body (6).
3)
Lock the tips of clips (2) (6 places) on the protrusion of
the air cleaner body (6).
Lock clips (2) diagonally, (top and bottom, right and
left) in the same way as when tightening the bolts.
4)
When cover (3) is installed, check that the clearance
between air cleaner body (6) and cover (3) is not too
large.
If the clearance is too large, remove cover (3), and then install it again.
12. Close the inspection cover of air cleaner on the right side of machine.
13. Open the radiator guard side cover on the right side of machine, and fix it with the rod.
14. Press the button of the dust indicator and return the yellow
piston.
15. Release the lock of the radiator guard side cover and close
it.
