OPERATION
STEER TIRES WITHOUT DRIVING
Do not try to steer the machine (stationary steering) when it is
stopped. Steering while the machine is stopped (stationary
steering) induces wear and cuts on the tires. And it deteriorates
durability of the frame and undercarriage.
OPERATION PROCEDURES FOR V-SHAPE LOADING AND LOADING ON DUMP
TRUCK
Be sure to level the working area at any time and remove large boulders.
Preparation for loading, collecting rocks
NOTICE
Limit the length of working area for collecting rocks within the overall length of machine. Otherwise,
front wheels may run over large boulders and tires may be cut.
Collect rocks in the area where the length is less than the overall length of the machine.
While operating the machine with the bucket lowered to the ground, do not make the machine ar-
ticulated. By doing so, the machine may be damaged or tires may slip.
1.
Set the bucket bottom parallel to the ground, lower it to the
ground, and drive the machine forward to collect seconda-
rily blasted rocks.
2.
When collecting rocks on the area where the length is al-
most equal to that of a machine, change the lane and col-
lect more rocks to enlarge the area for clearing rocks.
APPROACH FACE
NOTICE
When lowering the bucket to the ground while approaching the working face, be sure not to lower it
to the ground abruptly.
Lowering the bucket abruptly gives large impacts to the bucket, work equipment, pins, and machine
frame, causing damage or crack to them. Also, the front wheels are lifted off the ground and the
tires easily slip.
When lowering the bucket to the ground, be sure to decrease its lowering speed near the ground
surface.
When performing digging or ground excavation, do not increase the angle between the bucket edge
and ground.
Make the angle between the bucket and ground to 8 ° or less. If you perform digging or ground ex-
cavation with the angle between the bucket and ground at 8 ° or more, the work equipment may be
damaged.
When loading the target materials to the bucket by digging and scooping, do not apply a load only
to one side of the bucket or bucket corner. If a load is applied only to one side of the bucket or
bucket corner, a deformation is generated on the machine, and results in shortening the service life
of the work equipment and frame.
1.
Set the machine to the travel posture.
