OPERATION
REMARK
If you operate the directional selector switch slowly or stop
it at midway between the switching positions, the central-
ized warning lamp may light up and the alarm buzzer may
sound, but this is not a failure.
Operate the directional selector switch so that the travel di-
rection can be changed within 2 seconds.
Immediately after operating the directional selection or
gear shifting, even if directional lever or directional selector
switch or the gear speed switch or kickdown switch is op-
erated, the directional selection or gear shifting is not per-
formed in order to protect the transmission, however, this
is not a trouble.
DIRECTION CHANGE CONTROL AT HIGH SPEED TRAVEL
If you try to change the direction while the machine is trav-
eling at a high speed (when 3rd or 4th speed is used), the
centralized warning lamp lights up and alarm buzzer
sounds if the travel speed and engine speed are in (A) or
(B) area of the table.
At the same time, action level "L02" is indicated and the
overrun caution lamp lights up.
If the alarm buzzer sounds, depress the brake pedal im-
mediately to reduce the travel speed sufficiently, then
switch the travel direction.
Making the directional selection while the machine is trav-
eling at high speeds affects the durability of transmission.
If the directional selection is made in area (B), the alarm buzzer sounds and the controller automatically
limits available gear speeds to keep the durability of transmission.
However, the reduction in speed of the machine becomes low when compared with that in area (A).
During the auto shift mode (except for 1st gear speed) and during the manual
shift mode in 2nd, 3rd or 4th gear speed
