Troubleshooting Adhesive Tracking System

Save the .NOR file from the melter, and open it up in BBconn Cloud. Refer to
the BBconn Cloud User's Guide (part number 1129243) for viewing the Event
Log.
Troubleshooting begins when the flow of adhesive from the applicator stops
or diminishes unexpectedly or when a control system alerts you to a problem
through an alarm or visual display. This section covers only the most
common problems you may encounter. If you cannot solve a problem with
the information given here, contact your local Nordson representative for
help.

Understanding the ATS PCA Board LEDs

WARNING! Allow only personnel with appropriate training and experience to
operate or service the equipment. The use of untrained or inexperienced
personnel to operate or service the equipment can result in injury, including
death, to themselves and others, and damage to the equipment.
1. Remove the following:
* The front panel, using a 4mm Hex. Turn each door fastener (a) 1/4
counterclockwise to remove the font panel. Figure 1
* The E-box (electrical) enclosure panel (b) using a 3mm Hex. (Figure 2)

2. Look at the ATS PCA board (c) located on the Low Voltage Controller.
WARNING! Risk of electrocution. Do not touch anything inside the
E-Box. Refer to Figure 3
