Defining Temperature Runtime Setting

There are two types of heated zones:
S
Internal Zones: Tank and Manifold
S
External Zones: Connected hoses and applicators
NOTES:
S
By default, internal zones are enabled, and all external zones are
disabled.
S
Internal zones (tank and manifold) cannot be disabled. You can only
change their set point temperatures.
S
Although there are two internal zones (tank and manifold), changing one
internal zone automatically changes the other. You cannot have two
different internal zone set point temperatures.
Enabling/Disabling and Changing Zone Set Point
Temperatures
1. Log into your BBconn Cloud account, then do the following::
S
Select SETUP TOOL - create or load a .NOR file
S
Select SETUP TOOL | RUNTIME SETTINGS | ZONE
TEMPERATURE.
2. Do the following to continue:
S
Press the to toggle (enable or disable) the zone.
S
To change the set point temperature, select which zone you want to
change and enter the temperature set point your want.
S
Enter a Global Set Point temperature to make all zones, (enabled or
disabled) the same set point temperature.

3. When done, press SAVE.

You can change the default external zone names using either a PLC or
BBconn Cloud. Refer Modifying External Zone Names for more
information.
