Melt-on-Demand systems include the Fill System, but it is optional on
tank-based systems. The following section details Fill and Level settings.
Melt-on-Demand (MOD) and Tank Systems with Optional
Fill Settings
Melt-on-Demand and tank systems with the optional Fill System include the
following additional fill settings:

Maximum Fill Time
S
Target Fill Level

Maximum Fill Time and Target Fill Level Settings

Use the Maximum Fill Time and Target Fill Level to ensure a consistent level
of adhesive is in the tank, suitable for product production.
1. Log into your BBconn Cloud account, then do the following:

Select SETUP TOOL - create or load a .NOR file.
S
Select SYSTEM SETTINGS | FILL.
2. Select Melt-on-Demand and Tank with Fill System from the
drop-down list.
3. Select Maximum Fill Time, and enter the maximum number of seconds
the controller can attempt to fill the tank before causing an Alert condition.
The default and minimum is 60 seconds and the maximum is 300
seconds.
4. Select Target Fill Level, and enter the percentage of the tank level as a
basis for when you want the controller to start/stop filling the tank. The
controller will start filling the tank 5% below the target level and stop filling
5% above the target level. The default is 50%, the minimum is 40%, and
the maximum is 90%.
5. When done, select SAVE.
