Restoring Saved Melter Settings

You can restore melter settings that were previously saved as a .NOR file
and uploaded to BBconn Cloud.
1. Place on a USB drive the .NOR file that includes the settings you want to
restore.
2. Before removing the USB drive from the computer, navigate to the .NOR
file under the BACKUP directory and then copy the .NOR file from the
Backup folder to the ROOT directory of the USB drive.
3. When the USB Status LED on the melter control panel stops flashing,
remove the USB drive from the computer and insert it into the melter's
USB port.
A system restore begins automatically. During the restore, the system
writes the .NOR file from the USB drive root to the USB \Backup folder
and automatically reboots the melter to complete the restore process.
NOTE: If multiple backup .NOR files exist on root of USB drive, the
software uses the .NOR file with the newest date in the filename to
restore the system, then writes all .NOR files in the USB drive root to the
USB Backup folder.
4. When the USB Status LED on the melter control panel stops flashing,
remove the USB drive from the melter.
NOTE:
S
When transferring files between the melter and BBconn Cloud, the
USB drive must be formatted using FAT or FAT32. No other format,
such as NTFS and exFAT are supported.
