Defining Adhesive Tracking System Alarms

Use the Teach mode to automatically calculate the Target Add-On and
Products to Average values.
1. Log into your BBconn Cloud account, then do the following:

Select SETUP TOOL - create or load a .NOR file.
S
Select SYSTEM SETTINGS | FLOW.
2. From the Monitor Alarm Settings section, enter the following
information. When done, select SAVE.
Description
Enables or disables the system from
monitoring and generating flow Alert
alarms
Note: When an Alert alarm is
generated, production continues, but
attention may be needed.
How much lower the add-on weight
(mg) can be from the Target Add-On
value before an Alert alarm is
generated.
How much higher the add-on weight
(mg) can be from the Target Add-On
value before an Alert alarm is
generated.
The number of consecutive
out-of-tolerance products allowed
before the system considers them
defective and generates an Alert
alarm.
Enables or disables the system from
monitoring and generating flow Stop
alarms.
Note: When a Stop alarm is
generated, production is halted.
