If yes, contact Huawei technical support.
In scenarios of multiple modules, you can perform such operations on any exhaust valve
or drainage valve.
You can open or close the exhaust valve using a flat-head screwdriver.
If no, rotate the exhaust valve counterclockwise. If air flows out, the system is normal. If
no air flows out, contact Huawei technical support.
Remove the desiccant bag under the heat exchanger of the upflow unit.
Remove the fan maintenance baffle plate of the downflow unit, and take out the
desiccant bag inside the cabinet.
Check that thermal insulation foam is in close contact with the pipes, there is no crack in
each cutting position, and the chilled water valve is tightly wrapped by thermal
insulation foam.
Before exhausting nitrogen, check whether the cooling system has good air tightness.
(Remove the bonnet from the needle valve and press the valve plug to check whether there
is a sound of air flow.)
Open the exhaust valve of each heat exchanger to exhaust nitrogen onsite.
