The chilled water pipes should be wrapped with thermal insulation foam and the
interspaces of the knock-off holes should be filled with thermal insulation foam.

Pipes can be routed from the bottom or side. Determine the pipe routing method based on
site conditions.

If it is difficult to route pipes or cables through the bottom plate, route them through side
panels. Ensure that pipes and power cables are routed correctly and through separate holes.

Make only the necessary knock-out holes; otherwise, the system performance may be
degraded.

After pipes are routed for the NetCol8000-C, seal the gap between the pipe and the pipe
hole.
To minimize the noise due to device vibration, perform the following operations:


Onsite personnel prepare the required materials and install the fasteners.

When the routing direction of the chilled water pipe is changed, add a fastener at the
position that is 1000 mm away from the changing point.
When the chilled water pipe is straight, add a fastener every 2500 mm.
