Possible Cause
1. The T/H sensors are located
in inappropriate position.
2. The load is high, or the
refrigeration capacity is
insufficient.
3. The ambient temp is high.
4. The overtemperature alarm
threshold is inappropriate.
5. The temp displayed is
different from the actual
temp.
6. CW flow is insufficient, or
the supply water temp is
high.
7. The CW valve is stuck or
faulty.
1. The cables to the
temperature and humidity
sensor are loose or
damaged.
2. The temperature and
humidity sensor is faulty.
The accumulated runtime of
the chilled water valve exceeds
the alarm threshold.
1. The temperature sensors or
temperature and humidity
sensors are located in
inappropriate positions.
2. The thermal load power is
low.
3. The ambient temperature is
below the lower threshold.
4. The low temperature alarm
threshold is inappropriate.
5. The value detected by the
temperature sensor or
temperature and humidity
sensor is different from the
actual value.
6. The air filters are blocked.
7. The chilled water valve is
stuck or faulty.
6 System Operation and Maintenance
Solution
1. Adjust the position of
the T/H sensors.
2. Add more smart
cooling product units
or Consult Huawei
technical support.
3. Check other causes if
the alarm persists after
startup.
4. Adjust the
overtemperature alarm
threshold.
5. Calibrate or replace
the abnormal sensors.
6. Check the press and
the temp of CW.
7. Maintain or replace
the faulty CW valve.
1. Check the cables to
the temperature
sensor.
2. Maintain or replace
the temperature and
humidity sensor.
Maintain or replace the
chilled water valve and
clear the accumulated
runtime.
1. Adjust the positions of
the temperature
sensors or temperature
and humidity sensors.
2. Contact Huawei
technical support.
3. Measure the ambient
temperature. Check
whether other causes
exist if the alarm
persists in a long time
after startup.
4. Adjust the low
temperature alarm
threshold.
5. Calibrate or replace
the temperature sensor
or temperature and
humidity sensor.
