Method
Check that the water leakage
sensor is securely installed.
Check that the thermal
insulation foam on the chilled
water pipe is intact.
Check that the pipe support is
intact and securely installed.
Check that pipes do not leak.
Check that the smart cooling
product drainpipe is free from
leaks and blockages.
Check that the water leakage
sensor is securely installed.
Check that the pressure inlet
tube is not blocked or
over-bent.
Check that cables to the
differential pressure sensor
are securely connected.
(Applicable to motorized
damper) Check that cables to
the actuator are securely
connected.
Check that the damper is
securely fixed.
Check that cables to the
actuator are securely
connected.
Check that the damper is
securely fixed.
Check that the pressure inlet
tube is not blocked or
over-bent.
Check that cables to the
differential pressure switch
are securely connected.
Check that the cap is reliably
secured.
Check that the air deflector is
adjusted to a proper angle.

Troubleshooting
Retighten the cables.
Rewrap the thermal insulation foam.
Secure the base.
Close the water inlet stop valve and
repair leaks.
If the drainpipe leaks, repair the leaks. If
the drainpipe is blocked, clear the
blockage inside the pipe.

Reinstall the pressure inlet tube.
Reconnect the cables.
Reconnect the cables.
Fix the damper again.
Reconnect the cables.
Fix the damper again.
Reinstall the pressure inlet tube.
Reconnect the cables.
Tighten the cap again.
Adjust the angle of the air deflector
again.
