Step 2 Cut off cable ties securing the cable terminals using diagonal pliers. Disconnect the fan power
cable terminals (X101, X102, and X103) and cabinet signal cable transfer terminals (X301
and X302).
Step 3 Remove the condensate pipe hold hoops at the rear of the cabinet using a screwdriver (one
needs to be removed for a dual-door cabinet, and two need to be removed for a triple-door
cabinet), and disconnect the condensate pipes.
Step 4 (Optional) Open the front door and disconnect the cable from the electric heater (only
disconnect the cable from the electric heater in the second module).
Step 5 Cut open the thermal insulation foam around the pipe hold hoops using a utility knife, and tear
off the thermal insulation foam.
Set aside the black sealing ring after separating pipes. You need to reinstall them when
assembling the cabinet.
Set aside the removed screws, hold hoops, and thermal insulation foam, for they will be
used during cabinet assembling.
Step 6 Unscrew the pipe hold hoops using a 15# socket wrench, move the black sealing rings to the
other end of the pipes, and disconnect the pipes, as shown in the following figure. Put the
black sealing rings aside for usage during cabinet assembly.
