Possible Cause
1. The cables to the
temperature switch are
loose or damaged.
2. The temperature switch is
faulty.
3. The electric heater is faulty.
The accumulated runtime of
the electric heater exceeds the
alarm threshold.
1. Air filters are blocked.
2. The differential press
switch is faulty.
3. The differential press
switch is set
inappropriately.
4. The pressure inlet tube of
the differential pressure
switch is blocked or
disconnected.
5. The cables to the
differential press switch are
loose or damaged.
6. The motorized damper is
faulty.
7. (Applicable to motorized
damper) The motorized
damper is disabled.
The accumulated runtime of
the air filter exceeds the alarm
threshold.
The supply power is cut off.
1. The power supply voltage
exceeds the upper
threshold.
6 System Operation and Maintenance
Solution
1. Check the cables to
the temperature
switch.
2. Maintain or replace
the temperature
switch.
3. Replace the electric
heater.
Maintain or replace the
electric heater and clear
the accumulated runtime.
1. Maintain or replace
the air filters.
2. Replace the
differential press
switch.
3. Adjust the threshold
of the differential
press switch.
4. Maintain or replace
the press tube.
5. Maintain or replace
the press tube.
6. Maintain or replace
the motorized damper.
7. (Applicable to
motorized damper)
Enable the motorized
damper.
NOTE
After the fault is rectified,
click Clear on the alarm
page to manually clear the
alarm.
Maintain or replace the
air filter and clear the
accumulated runtime.
If pwr fail ocurs on pwr
systm, no maint needed.
If it ocurs other place,
check the cable.
