Possible Cause

1. The water pump inlet is
blocked.
2. Cables to the humidifier
pump are loose or damaged.
3. The humidifier pump is
faulty.
4. The water pump races due
to a liquid level detection
fault.
5. The humidifier pump is
blocked.
The accumulated runtime of
the wet film of the humidifier
exceeds the alarm threshold.
The accumulated runtime of
the water pump exceeds the

After the fault is rectified,
click Clear on the alarm
page to manually clear the
alarm.
