Expected Result
The hose clamps and cable ties of the condensate
water pipe are reliably secured.
The water inlet and outlet pipes are properly
installed and secured, without leaks.
The water inlet and outlet pipes are routed
smoothly, without bends.
The water outlet pipe has appropriate gradients
(1:100 is recommended).
The power voltage is the same as the rated voltage
on the nameplate of the unit.
Cables are intact.
No open or short circuits, or incorrect connections
occur in electrical loops.
Power cables, signal cables, and communications
cables have been connected.
The rated values of circuit breakers are correct.
Control cables are properly connected.
All cables, connectors, and bolts are secured.
The pressure tube is secured by cable ties.
There is no foreign matter in pressure tubes. The
pressure tubes show no obvious bends.
The pressure diff sensor is secured reliably and
steadily.
Cables are connected reliably and steadily.
The damper and cabinet are secured reliably and
steadily by bolts as required.
(Applicable to motorized damper) Cables of the
damper actuator are connected reliably and steadily.
Cables to the water leakage sensor are connected
correctly and securely.
The cap and cabinet are secured reliably and
steadily as required.
The direct free-cooling plenum and cabinet are
secured reliably and steadily as required.
The actuator is reliably and securely connected.
