Reference Solution
Check that the chilled water valve plug is
correctly installed.
Replace the chilled water valve.
Adjust the temperature and humidity
thresholds.
Check the alarm causes and clear the alarm
manually.
Replace the actuator or reconnect the cable.
Check whether thermal insulation foam of the
NetCol8000-C is securely installed and repair
the damaged thermal insulation tube.
Ensure that the drainpipes are not over-bent
and the drainpipe connectors are securely
installed.
Check the pipes and weld the pipe or fasten
related bolts if the pipes leak.
Replace the water inlet solenoid valve.
Check that drainpipes are free from bends and
traps. Ensure that the height difference for
drainage is enough.
Check whether the temperature switch is
faulty. Replace the faulty switch.
Disconnect the power supply and check
whether the electric heater is damaged by
checking the electric heater resistance
properties with an ohmmeter.
Restore the water supply.
Replace the water inlet solenoid valve.
Reconnect the cable.
Manually operate the float or reconnect the
cable.
