4.1 Preparing for Power-On
Context
There is no phase sequence requirement for the cable connection to the smart cooling product.
If a five-core cable is used, cut off the neutral wire and wrap the exposed part using PVC
insulation tape.
Procedure
Step 1 Check that the AC/DC auxiliary power module and main control module are inserted properly
and the latches are locked.
Step 2 (Applicable only to downflow units) Check that the fan is lowered.
Step 3 Check that the fan switch QF4 and electric heater switch QF3 (optional) are turned on and the
smart cooling product is properly grounded.
Step 4 Verify that the input voltage meets the requirement.
Step 5 Verify that the indoor unit power cable is connected properly.
Step 6 Verify that the water sensor is properly installed.
Step 7 If teamwork networking is required, verify that the teamwork cable is correctly connected.
Step 8 Verify that the cable connections and DIP switch settings of the T/H sensors are correct.
Step 9 Turn on the general switch. For a device that has two power inputs, turn on the active power
switch QF1 and standby power switch QF2.
