Possible Cause
1. The temperature sensors or
temperature and humidity
sensors are located in
inappropriate positions.
2. The thermal load power is
low.
3. The ambient temperature is
below the lower threshold.
4. The low temperature alarm
threshold is inappropriate.
5. The value detected by the
temperature sensor or
temperature and humidity
sensor is different from the
actual value.
6. The air filters are blocked.
7. The chilled water valve is
stuck or faulty.

2. The ambient humidity
exceeds the upper
threshold.
3. The temperature and
humidity sensor is not
installed in a proper
position.
4. The high humidity alarm
threshold is inappropriate.
