The direction in which the main pipes are tightened by using hold hoops is for reference only.

Step 4 Remove the hold hoop securing the bend using a 15# socket wrench. To avoid deforming the
pipe, use a 75# open-end wrench to fix the pipe nut, use a 36# open-end wrench to fix the
plug at the lower part of the bend, and then remove the plug, as shown in the following figure.
