obtain its address from a DHCP server, but
either the assignment failed or a DHCP
server is not present on the network
On if the Ethernet module is configured to
obtain its address from a BOOTP server,
but either the assignment failed or a
BOOTP server is not present on the
network
On if another device on the network has the
same IP address as this Ethernet module
