B Technical appendix – Status/command flags
2338_en_O
nanoLC has predefined system flags that provide status information during project
execution. These flags are available through nanoNavigator.
Flags that appear in the Data Item Editor depend on the product and configuration options
specified. For instance, the NLC-050... does not have math capability and the NLC-055...
does. Therefore, flags associated with math functions are not valid for NLC-050... systems.
Not all flags are present with all configurations. Only flags that applicable for the hardware
installed appear.
Refer to the GSM manual for flags related to the GSM module.

NLC-050... flags
These flags only apply to systems that use NLC-050... base units.
The base unit status flags are read-only.

Ethernet command flags provide a way to configure the Ethernet module, when installed.
Some commands are specific to the Nanoline and others allow control from a remote device
via the Ethernet connection.
Ethernet flags represent the bits of Modbus Holding Registers 0x0101 (Command
register) and 0x0102 (Status register).
Flags 72-87 are commands (see Table B-2) and may be turned on or off.
