Ethernet command flags provide a way to configure the Ethernet module, when installed.
Some commands are specific to the Nanoline and others allow control from a remote device
via the Ethernet connection.
Ethernet flags represent the bits of Modbus holding registers 0x0101 (Command
register) and 0x0102 (Status register).
Flags 136-151 are commands (see Table B-5) and may be turned on or off.
Flags 152-167 are status flags (see Table B-6) and are read only.
If the NLC-COM-GSM or NLC-COM-CELLULAR-CDMA module is installed, some flags
may be used for other purposes. Refer to the NLC-COM-GSM user manual for GSM flags.
Description
On if the internal clock is not set
Reserved for future use
On if an Operator Panel is configured in
nanoNavigator but it is not connected or
functioning
On if a Communications module is
configured in nanoNavigator but it is not
connected or running
On if Modbus RTU communications has
timed out
On if the result of a math operation exceeds
the minimum or maximum allowable values
On if an illegal math operation is entered,
such as dividing by 0. This flag is reset to off
for the next math block.
On if the project has stopped running
