RTC faults

From the "Configure RTC" dialog box, the method for handling RTC faults can be
configured. If the Operator Panel is installed, an Error Message appears when a Fault or
Warning occurs.

Faults are reviewed at startup and every hour. Warning messages can appear at any time.
If the battery fails while running, the controller continues to function as long as power is
applied. The Error Message appears at the top of the hour.
The Flags related to Error Messages can be read by a Modbus client/master. They can also
be read by the program using a Decision block.
