Clear any components around the desired mounting location on the enclosure.
2.
Using an appropriate tool for the enclosure material, cut a 119 x 93 ±0.5 mm hole in the
enclosure. Remove any burrs or sharp edges using a file or appropriate tool.
NOTE:
Do not make the hole in the enclosure too large or the Operator Panel will pass through.
Do not drill holes for the mounting screws; they do not pass through the enclosure wall.
3.
Place the four J-hooks in the slots on the sides of the Operator Panel. Alternating
between the J-hooks, turn the screws in the J-hooks clockwise until they tighten against
the enclosure. Torque each J-hook screw to 0.5 - 0.6 Nm.

Connecting power, inputs and outputs

The Nanoline system components use a screw connection technology for power and I/O
connection. Individual connection points are labeled on the housing surface with
appropriate identifiers. Use a small screwdriver to turn the screw counterclockwise to
release and clockwise to tighten wires after insertion into the appropriate position.
CAUTION:
Do not apply power to the Nanoline controller until directed to do so in the commissioning
(startup) procedure.
