Commissioning Guide
7.2 Commissioning the Cooling System
Before putting the FusionModule1000 into use, you must commission the cooling system to
ensure normal cooling.
Prerequisites
The FusionModule1000 is powered on, commissioned, and working properly.
Preparations
Tool: hand-held thermometer
Documents: cooling device layout diagram, cooling component initial configuration table
Skill requirement: cooling engineer
Procedure
Step 1 Adjust the initial air supply temperature settings by following instructions in documents
delivered with the 30 kW chilled water precision air conditioner, and check whether the air
conditioners respond accordingly. For example, the fan speed increases or decreases.
Step 2 Measure the ambient temperature near the air supply vent using a hand-held thermometer.
Step 3 Change the temperature setting back to the initial setting specified in the cooling component
initial configuration table.

7.3 Commissioning the Management System
Prerequisites
The FusionModule1000 is powered on, commissioned, and working properly.
During the commissioning, if any alarm is raised, clear the alarm before continuing the
commissioning.

Tool: network cable tester

For the diagrams and tables, see the initial configuration parameter manual for the solution in use.
If the chilled water air conditioner works properly without alarms and the temperature near the air
supply vent is close to the set temperature, the cooling system meets the requirements.
