Step 1 Understand the layout of cooling components by referring to the cooling device layout
diagram.
Step 2 Understand the air conditioner teamwork relationship by referring to the air conditioner
teamwork relationship diagram.
Step 3 Understand the initial configurations of the cooling system by referring to the cooling
component initial configuration table.
Step 4 Understand control relationships between pipe valves inside and outside of the Cooling
Container by referring to the pipe system diagram, pipe system valve control relationship
table, and the real objects.
Step 5 Open the raised floor under the Power and Equipment Containers using an ESD floor suction
plate.
Step 6 Understand control relationships between pipe valves inside the Power and Equipment
Containers by referring to the pipe system diagram, pipe system valve control relationship
table, and the real objects.
Step 7 Check the pipe connections. Verify that the secondary refrigerant circulation pipeline,
secondary refrigerant water refill pipeline, humidifier water refill pipeline, secondary
refrigerant drainpipe, and condensate drainpipe are installed as required, and that the thermal
insulation layer is intact.
Step 8 Check the auxiliary water refill devices, and verify that secondary refrigerant refill and
humidifier water refill are normal.
Step 9 Verify that the condensate drainpipe is not blocked.
Step 10 Reinstall raised floors in the Power Container and Equipment Container.
