6D-7. Registration Clutch Disassembly
1. Remove the rear cover (2 screws).
2. Remove the main PCB (2 screws, 4 connec-
tors). [FT3020]
Remove the optics PCB (1 screw, 4 connec-
tors). [FT3050/FT3060]
Unhook the tension spring of the main drive
3 .
chain.
4. Remove the main drive chain from the
registration roller drive sprocket.
5. Remove the E-ring from the registration roller
shaft.
6. Slide off the clutch hub with the clutch sleeve
and spring while turning the registration roller
drive sprocket clockwise.
7. Remove the parallel key.
8. Pushing the registration clutch pawl to the
left, take off the registration roller drive
sprocket.
