1. Check the AC line when the machine is at full power.
2. If AC power is 90% or less of the correct value, you must find a way to increase
AC power.
• Move the machine to a location that has sufficient power.
• Remove other machines from the outlet that the copier is using.
3. Check pins 12 and 24 of the slide unit connector (CN21). Repair or replace
4. Check the fusing lamp input.
5. Check the resistance of the fusing lamp.
6. If the lamp terminals are blackened, clean them with fine sandpaper.
7. Refer to service call conditions (page 7-15) of the Field Manual.
