6F-4. Oil Blade Replacement
1. Remove the oil supply pad (See 6F-3).
2. Unhook the two springs and take out the oil
blade.
3. Loosen the three blade holder screws and take
out the blade.
4. Insert a new oil blade under the blade holder.
NOTE: The marked side of the blade should face
the screw-head side.
5. Fit the blade to the shape of the holder and
tighten the screws.
NOTE: * It is best to tighten the center screw first,
then fit the ends to the angled parts of the
holder and tighten the end screws.
* Use short screws (M4 x 6) to secure the
blade holder.
6. Prime the edge of the blade with silicone oil
and reassemble.
